Returns & Exchanges

All items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

If something doesn't fit or isn't what you expected, please contact us at hello@phembeauty.com or via our contact page with your order number & a description of the problem. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused/unworn. We will issue your refund upon receipt of the return.

Please note: Nail polish will remove the polished finish and cause discolorations or unwanted oxidation. Rings cannot be returned if the polished finish has been dulled from use.
